This Agreement and your use of the following website are governed by the law of Romania. The website Vibenplay provides online skill games. The term "Service" refers to the entirety of the products available on this website. All ownership rights to the website's services are protected.

5. Registration
In order to use the website’s paid features, you must register and fill in the personal data. Please note, that the length of the password you choose during the registration process must consist of at least 8 symbols. You must register and provide personal details before using the website's paid services. The use of personal data is regulated under our Privacy policy. The user is responsible for keeping his login and password private and not disclosing them to anyone else. No one else is permitted to access your account. 6. Balance system and its usage
You can replenish your wallet with Stars that represent our balance system. The exchange rate is 1 Star = 0.1 EUR, 10 Stars = 1 EUR. The maximum deposit amount allowed per transaction is 500 EUR, the minimum deposit amount is 5 EUR. Stars can be used for playing paid games, creating tournaments, or buying additional features on the platform. Stars cannot be transferred to other players. Users can purchase Stars through their personal accounts, and these Stars can only be used within the Vibenplay platform. To create a tournament, users need to select a game, specify the start and end dates, and set the entry fee. Additionally, for those who wish to personalize their profiles, avatars are available. To choose an avatar, go to your profile and go to "Avatars" tab or "My profile".
7. Contests
Vibenplay brings a PvP (Player versus Player) aspect to the platform, allowing users to engage in or organize Contests with other players. The PvP feature is accessible through the "Contests" section of the website. To join a pre-existing Contest with a set entry fee, users must have enough Stars on their balance. Also users can initiate their own Contest by selecting the game, start and end dates, and entry fee, through the "Create Contest" button in the "Contests" section. The Stars in the user's account must meet or surpass the Contest's entry fee. Participants, who achieve the highest score among others, earn Stars, which can be utilized for various paid services offered by the platform such as playing premium games, purchasing avatars, or engaging in or creating Contests. Users should be aware, however, that Vibenplay does not provide the opportunity to earn real money or win anything other than Stars.
8. Refund
Users are eligible to request a refund for funds deposited into their account within 24 hours of the transaction date. Refunds are only available to users aged 18 or older and will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds are issued only in cases where there are technical errors or issues resulting from mistakes in our service. Refunds will not be granted for any other reasons outside of these specific service-related errors. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at the email address provided in the "Contact Us" section on our website. Include your transaction details and a description of the issue. Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are calculated based on the conversion rate of 1 Star = 0.1 EUR, where 10 Stars = 1 EUR.
