Vibenplay brings a PvP (Player versus Player) aspect to the platform, allowing users to engage in or organize Contests with other players. The PvP feature is accessible through the "Contests" section of the website. To join a pre-existing Contest with a set entry fee, users must have enough Stars on their balance. Also users can initiate their own Contest by selecting the game, start and end dates, and entry fee, through the "Create Contest" button in the "Contests" section. The Stars in the user's account must meet or surpass the Contest's entry fee. Participants, who achieve the highest score among others, earn Stars, which can be utilized for various paid services offered by the platform such as playing premium games, purchasing avatars, or engaging in or creating Contests. Users should be aware, however, that Vibenplay does not provide the opportunity to earn real money or win anything other than Stars.
Users are eligible to request a refund for funds deposited into their account within 24 hours of the transaction date. Refunds are only available to users aged 18 or older and will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds are issued only in cases where there are technical errors or issues resulting from mistakes in our service.
